the ending and the beginning…..

Beloveds..I feel so full.

my  heart is about to explode out of my chest….

today  was such a challenging day….

I experienced one of the most revealing #yoga practices…

one in which i released so much physically,  emotionally …spiritually.

Physically…

every cell of my flesh poured holy water all over me…

my heart shook…

my spirit…breathing heavily

my body quivered

uncontrollably… as i write this now..this. is. what.

i feel…

hands shaking

as I set fire to the layers of who i am…

and the truth is… it hurts and feels good simultaneously

the powers of my energy truly scare me

but after today….

i feel lighter

so light.
